Metal Rain Tanks, LLC, is owned and operated by one of the few female Master Plumbers in Texas. Nell Wheeler is a green plumber, and her work incorporates her passion for water and energy conservation. For almost 15 years, she has designed and installed rainwater collection systems for homes, businesses and organizations in Houston and central Texas. Nell is also a beekeeper and gardener.
